Rules & Procedures:
Wicomico MX & ATV, LLC (WMX) Park Rules and Safety – ATVs, UTVs, and Dirtbikes ONLY. No Jeeps, Three-Wheelers, Trucks or Roxor-like machines.
General Rules & Regulations:
• Gate Pass Requirement: A pass (or wristband) indicating you have signed a waiver and release form and registered for the event must be presented to the Gate Attendant to allow your entry onto the premises of WMX. Every individual that enters our property must sign a release of liability. If you do not sign a release form, you are trespassing.
• Minors (under 18 years old) must always be under direct parental or acting guardian supervision.
• WMX is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage. Enter at your own risk.
• 5mph speed limit.
• Riding any motor vehicle without a helmet is grounds for immediate expulsion.
• Riders must wear all required safety equipment.
• Motorcycles and ATVs may not carry passengers. RIDERS ONLY! Golf carts and UTVs may not exceed the suggested number of passengers.
• Wheelies or reckless driving are grounds for immediate expulsion.
• No spectators on the tracks or on the trails.
• You may only enter the track at a designated area. Ask a staff member if you are unsure.
• No glass bottles.
• No fireworks
• All pet animals must be leashed or confined. Owners are responsible for their behavior, damages, and clean-ups. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings, concession area, false grid, or pit area at any time.
• No fishing or swimming
• No climbing or jumping ANY fences.
• Do not damage any grassy area in any manner.
• Do not tape notices to any painted surface, mirrors, guardrails, building walls, etc. Bulletin boards are provided by the restrooms, snack bar, time/scoring buildings.
• All repairs to the facilities shall be performed by WMX personnel or their approved contractor.
• No firearms, weapons, illegal drugs, or fireworks are permitted on the premises.
• Physical contact with another person may result in expulsion from the premises.
• Illegal use and/or underage use of Alcohol and Drugs are not allowed at WMX. If you drink, Please Drink Responsibly. Excessive drinking, public intoxication, driving motor vehicles (including ATVs, UTVs, and Motorcycles) under the influence of alcohol or drugs above the Legal Limit, underage drinking, or drug use will be reported to the police and offenders will be banned from WMX without refund.
• Wicomico MX & ATV, LLC (WMX) shall have the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission to or eject from WMX or from any facility at WMX, any person deemed to not comply with any rule or regulation or for conduct deemed to be unsafe, discourteous, verbally or physically abusive, or influenced by alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances, or which may otherwise diminish the safety, health, or enjoyment of others on the premises or the conduct of an event.
Riding Safety – Equipment:
• DOT Approved or Snell Approved Helmets must be always worn. If your motor is running, your helmet should be on. This includes when you are loading or unloading. One warning!
• Long pants must be always worn if you are operating/riding a motor vehicle.
• Appropriate goggles/protective eyewear must be always worn.
• Long-sleeved shirts are recommended.
• Gloves, Chest Protectors, and other protective clothing should be worn.
• Closed-toed shoes, ideally riding boots, should be always worn.
• You are responsible for maintaining your equipment while on-site at WMX. We are not responsible to any theft, loss, or damage to your personal property/equipment.
Riding Safety – Trails:
• Trails: ALL ONE WAY, NEVER BACK TRACK.
• Closed Trails: These trails are closed for a reason. They will be clearly marked as closed. DO NOT go on any trail that is closed.
• STAY ON THE TRAILS: Do not ride through any of our fields under any circumstances. They are part of our Agricultural Enterprise. There will be NO WARNINGS given for riding in the fields or other places like the forest off the trails. We catch you; you go home. Do not make any NEW trails. Ride only on the marked trails.
• Emergency Numbers: If you are injured and have two phones, CALL 911 first. If you have only one phone, call 911 first, then call us so that we can send out on-site help and direct Emergency Personnel directly to you upon their arrival.
Riding Safety – Tracks:
• Look both ways before entering the track.
• Follow directional signs when riding on the tracks.
• Pay attention to track entry and exit locations to ensure safety for all parties.
• Keep your movements predictable.
• Ride within your limits and your bike limit
• Take breaks.
• Know what flags mean: Yellow (Caution), Red (Stop), Blue (No Passing)
Environmental:
• All trash must be placed in the receptacles provided.
• Environmentally hazardous waste MUST be disposed of in appropriate receptacles.
• Any spill MUST be reported to WMX staff for immediate cleanup.
• Fuel cannot be sold at the track or pre-sold for delivery to the track.
• Do not pour gasoline, oil, antifreeze, or other fluids on the ground.
• You shall be billed for any items left at the track that must be disposed of by a disposal company (i.e. tires, batteries, fuel barrels, etc.).
Camping:
1. Electric power is available (Must Pay for Hookups) (First Come First Serve Basis)
2. Camping quiet time begins at 10 pm.
3. No loud music is permitted after 10 pm. Be considerate of neighbors.
4. Campfires are only allowed in fire pits which contain and lift the fire off the ground.
5. Safety is the #1 priority of our Campground. It must be the main concern of our guests as well. Each person is responsible for using judgment and caution to protect themselves and others. Lack of common sense is not an excuse.
6. Speed Limit 5mph: This will be strictly enforced. You will not exceed 5 mph when driving on the campground property to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember there are children playing and may be darting in and out among campers along with people walking. Obey the speed limit and keep your eyes out for others. Help keep everyone safe!
7. Fireworks, sparklers, floating lanterns, firearms (whether carried openly or concealed) and weapons of all kinds are always prohibited. No explosives or illegal substances are permitted to be kept by a Campers(s) at their Campsite. .
8. Drunken or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated! No one under the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages while on campground property. Persons who may drink alcohol are responsible for doing so in a peaceful, non-disruptive way.
9. Any person (adult or child) found stealing, damaging property, dealing with drugs, causing injuries to another or any other illegal activity that is state or federally regulated will be evicted from the campground immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS! Parents may be prosecuted for damages.
10. Bicycles, skateboards, skates must be ridden safely. Children must wear helmets when riding any wheeled device. No one – including adults – may ride bikes after dusk
11. Electric Golf Carts are the ONLY non- motorized vehicles allowed
12. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when walking around. There is a water runoff pond on site and no swimming is allowed. Camper specifically acknowledges and will abide by this rule.
13. All minors under the age of 18 must be at their campsite by 10:30pm. No one under the age of 16 may be left alone unsupervised without an adult or guardian present on the Campground property.
14. Campground personnel may conduct periodic patrols day and night. Decisions of campground personnel are final pertaining to noise, campfires, and other infringements of the rules.
15. Campfires are allowed, but, if you start a fire, you are responsible for any damages that fire causes. All fires must be properly and completely doused at the close of the evening and may not be left unattended.
Camping Courtesy:
1. Everyone is encouraged to have fun within common sense limits. These rules are guidelines but are not a substitute for being a good neighbor.
2. Quiet hours will be strictly enforced from 11 pm to 8 am. Music and conversation outside the campers are permitted so long as it does not offend your neighbors for the enjoyment of everyone, we request that you respect our quiet hour rules. Please keep noise to a minimum. Be respectful of your neighbors. Children must remain at a campsite during quiet hours unless accompanied by an adult. Bicycles/ skateboards/etc. must be put away at dark.
3. Everyone is free to hold the political, religious, and social views they wish. Our Campground is not the place to discuss or argue those things. Please keep discussions of anything controversial private.
4. Children are the greatest joy we have in life, but without proper supervision and responsibility, they can become a serious problem. The parents or adults responsible for children are accountable for the children’s behavior. If children cause trouble requiring the Campground to remove them, the responsible adults will be removed as well.
5. Almost all issues between people will be resolved by talking to one another in an adult manner. Before you contact the Campground staff about problems with your neighbor or other campers, make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. The best way to avoid problems is to get to know your neighbors right away.
6. Our Campground staff is responsible for assuring that our guests are safe and happy. We expect you to follow their guidance. If you have a problem with a staff member, please let us know, but do not disregard them because you disagree with them.
7. Bullying, intimidating, or offensive behavior is unacceptable and will be dealt with.

Camping Emergencies:
Severe Weather: In the case of severe weather there is not a storm shelter is located onsite. It is at the Camper(s) discretion to monitor the weather and you are camping at your own risk.

Campground Location: We are in Charles County Maryland. We are in the Town of Charlotte Hall. Our address is 11100 Kingston Place Charlotte Hall, MD 20622
WMX will not have overnight staff onsite. If an emergency arises please call our business number 240-466-4692 and/or call the property owner (240) 466-2497.
WMX will not have medical/emergency personnel on site. It is the campers sole responsibility to seek medical treatment for any minor or major surgery, as well as illness or other issue.
